Separation can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain and unsure what you should be doing next.

Whether you separated recently or you’re 12 months into it, there are often so many things to think about — your children, your finances, your home, your communication with your ex, legal issues and, perhaps most importantly, what happens to you.  You may be at the very start of your journey, you may be down the mediation path or you may have started engaging lawyers. Either way - the content will be relevant to you.

I am former family lawyer (24 years), author and certified divorce separation coach. After years of working with people going through family law disputes, I created Separate Ways™ Divorce Coaching to help people navigate the emotional and practical reality of separation — not just the legal process. I do my best to ditch the legalese
